Each orifice fitting and meter run undergoes full function, hydrostatic testing prior to use to prevent imperfect fittings from reaching service delivery. When applicable, we provide NDT results including radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle and liquid dye penetration. Production and testing occur within ASME 16.34 and 16.5 guidelines.
Our commitment to quality extends well beyond our production facilities. We communicate our Quality Assurance to each client by providing comprehensive documentation packages that include AGA-3 Latest Edition or ISO 5167 inspection reports, mill test reports, and other critical details. We also maintain documentation of detailed processes to communicate and address quality issues with our suppliers.
