The Combustex BMS-2000/2500 Heater Controller is the most powerful burner management system available. These units are designed to be flexible, easily configurable, and provide safe control of any gas-fired industrial heater. Key features include:
- B149.3 Compliance
- Automated single or dual burner sequencing
- Bath and process temperature control
- First out annunciation for safety interlocks
- Password-protected configuration and calibration
- System easily tied in to remote stop ESD loop
The BMS model 2500 incorporates a larger enclosure, allowing for easier installation, wiring and maintenance.
Standards revisions requiring more robust safety controls on fuel trains are just around the corner. Suited to both new equipment and retrofits of existing systems, these certified valves offer effective control, increased safety and put you ahead of the curve.
These "fail-closed" standard and P.O.C. valves were specifically developed to be C/I Safety Shutoff Valves in compliance with CSA B149.3-05, CSA 6.5-05 and ANSI Z21.21-05, meeting or exceeding the requirements for safe operation of fired heaters.
Get the most out of your burner management system. The Canlite 900 igniter provides safe and reliable burner ignition, utilizing Ionization Current Flame Detection for rapid flame response and includes an LED flame status indicator on the electronics module. Other key features include:

The Canlite 800 provides safe, economical and reliable burner control on most industrial gas red heater applications. This standalone pilot is ideal for line heaters, dehydrating and de-ethanizing reboilers, treaters, reboilers and many other gas- red industrial heaters in remote locations. Key features include:
- Reliable piezo electric self-powered ignition
- Failsafe thermocouple-powered gas valve
- Integral venturi system
- SS and aluminum construction
Ionization Current Flame Detection provides the Canlite 550 with rapid flame response and B149.3 compliance*. These units are mounted external to the fire tube for easy maintenance.

- Unique 316 SS pilot head assembly

- Remote or local spark ignition
- Easily incorporated system flame status for burner management
Eliminate the use of dangerous rags and flammable liquids. The Canlite 250 Ignition Torch allows for ignition within the fire tube using an extended-reach torch tube and standard 14 or 16 oz. propane tanks. Features include:
